Dear Family,

Life on the Serpent is wondrous, I have seen things that would curdle your blood and take your breath away. My Justine is being so sweet and attentive I hardly have a moment to myself. Ever since the wedding we have been inseparable. Each night sailing the setting Sun makes us count our blessings and the fortune the passions have bestowed on Us. Uncle C has returned home and was most excited at the prospect of travelling by Airship! Hope K is well, I know its only been three weeks but I miss him so, give him my love. I'll try to get home in time for the harvest, but the seasons turning won't wait for me and everything must move on.
